The Rockhampton and District Historical Society will be closed until February 2024 while our volunteers take a much needed break over the Christmas period. Please note during this time any research requests will not be actioned until our return.

Kevin will talk about the history of the school and the medal’s donor, Edward Seymour Lucas, the three Rockhampton jewellers who made the medal, and the lives of four of the medal’s winners.
